Mrs. Marni

I have been married for 24 years to my wonderful husband Mark.  We are blessed with four children and two grandchildren.  I have my elementary school teaching credential and received my board certification in behavior analysis in 2014. I started and ran a large family daycare in Walnut Creek and then Oregon from 2005-2008, which allowed me to stay home with my young children and still teach preschool in a smaller capacity. In 2021, I began a large family daycare in San Ramon, when the landlord decided to sell the home in the summer of 2022, I transferred the license to our home in Danville and all my wonderful families joined us in this adventure.  

I believe one of the best ways to teach children is finding what motivates them and utilizing that to promote interactions with activities and with their peers. My main objectives are to help your children prepare for the classroom, develop lasting friendships and have FUN! Being a parent myself I understand the importance of frequent and on-going communication to ensure your child is receiving the best possible care.  With your help, I know we can accomplish this together. 

When I am not preparing themed crafts, writing lesson plans, or shopping for the latest educational toys, I love spending time with my husband, children and grandbabies, listening to audio books, collecting anything Disney, gnome or hedgehog related, and crafting!
